
Our Support Plus Agreement combines our Workplace Monitor, including its unlimited remote support benefits, with a monthly block of hours purchased at a discounted rate.
Customers are able to use the block of hours for any activity they require, while still enjoying the benefit of a proactively managed and supported IT environment. Typically the 'backoffice' activities are taken care of proactively, with the end user support being dealt with on an as needed basis, or on a scheduled visit basis.
Should additional hours be required in any month, they can be bought in blocks at a discounted rate.
